Mission Statement:

We, the parishes of the Blue Water Vicariate, are committed to providing career transition, support, direction and encouragement to all those in our area.

What Do We Do:

As a Vicariate:

We provide a common group setting for sharing and communicating Career Transition Support events and activities to the Blue Water Vicariate community.

As a CTSM Parish:

We do presentations with professionals in the fields of employment, such as Human Resource Managers, Recruiters, Counselors and Life Coaches.  Many are volunteers from our parishes and Vicariate.

We will be having “One on One” Workshops where we bring together the job seeker with our experts, to meet individually and go over career needs.

We will be having networking group meetings designed to learn networking skills and to develop a network base. Having a Vicariate wide Career Transition Support Ministry (CTSM) will allow networking meetings at more that one Vicariate Parish to help develop a strong network base in searching for employment.

To facilitate this effort parishes with a Career Transition Support Ministry (CTSM) within the Blue Water Vicariate belong to an “online groupsite” that is part of a career transition support network. This online groupsite is a public meeting place that provides job seekers, ministry teams, staffing companies and employers the tools to shorten your search for the next job. Here, you'll find a shared but personalized calendar, discussion forums, and email updates on only the topics you choose. The Blue Water Vicariate Career Transition Support Ministry encourages those seeking employment or those that are in a career transition to build their networking and job searching opportunities by joining the CTSMinistries groupsite.
